Terms of Use
Last updated: November 8, 2026
These terms of use (“Terms”) apply to your use of getdryroute.com and any DryRoute phone number. By using the site or calling us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or call our numbers.
What DryRoute Is
DryRoute is a referral service. We route calls to independent local water damage restoration providers that serve the caller’s ZIP code.
- DryRoute does not perform water removal, drying, cleanup, repair or any other restoration work.
- Providers are independent local providers, who are expected to hold any licenses their area requires. They are not DryRoute employees, agents or partners.
- Providers pay DryRoute for referrals. See our advertising disclosure.
No Promise of Availability, Response or Results
DryRoute makes no promise that:
- A provider will be available in your area at any given time.
- A provider will answer, call back or come to your property within any particular time.
- Any work will produce a particular result, cost or insurance outcome.
Coverage depends on your ZIP code and on providers in the network, and it can change without notice.
Information Is General, Not Professional Advice
The guides and pages on this site are general information only. They are not legal, insurance, medical, engineering or professional restoration advice. Every home, policy and situation is different.
Check your insurance policy, talk to your insurer and rely on a qualified professional who has inspected your property.
If you are in danger, smell gas or see an electrical hazard, leave the area and call 911 or your utility company.
The Provider Is Responsible for Work and Pricing
If you hire a provider you were connected with, your agreement is between you and that provider.
- The provider alone is responsible for inspections, work quality, safety, scheduling, permits, licensing, insurance and pricing.
- DryRoute does not set, review or approve prices and is not a party to your contract.
- Any dispute about work, billing or damage is between you and the provider.
We encourage you to ask providers about their credentials, insurance and pricing before work begins, and to get agreements in writing.
